| Sugah! Confectionery, and Rum Runners Rum Cake Factory are sister stores on Halifax's beautiful waterfront. At Sugah and Rum Runners, we believe in making things by hand, using local ingredients to turn into delicious confections. We are currently seeing both a full time chocolatier as well as full time baker at this location. We are seeking experienced kitchen staff with knowledge of the following: - chocolate work - confections including brittles, fudge, caramels, etc - large batch commercial baking Successful applicants will possess a current food handler's certification, with preferably at least one year's experience in the industry. Must be able to work equally well independently as well as collaboratively.
